ORTHO SKIN Waterproof Cast Liner

ORTHO SKIN™ is a breathable, waterproof, washable cast padding that uses the same ePTFE film and construction as GORE® PROCEL® Cast Liner. ORTHO SKIN is intended for use in external orthopedic fixation devices that require padding. When ORTHO SKIN is used with a fiberglass casting tape, it forms a cast that can be washed or immersed in water.

Equivalent to GORE® PROCEL® Cast Liner 100% ePTFE Film

ORTHO SKIN utilizes the same ePTFE technology with 20 years of clinical performance.

Breathable, Waterproof, Washable Cast Padding

Water and contaminants drain quickly and easily due to the channels. The remaining moisture vapor easily passes through the breathable padding, resulting in a dry cast.

Comfortable Casting Enables Patients to Get Their Casts Wet

Allows for normal daily bathing and cleaning, keeping the patient’s skin healthy, comfortable and cool.
